 	Avatar Custom Electronics will repair or replace products found to be defective for a period of four years from purchase date.  Batteries and battery chargers have a one year warranty from date of purchase. To receive warranty service the items must be boxed in a suitable package and sent to the provided address. 

	Avatar will pay return shipping for items that are under warranty.

	The email should include your name/school name and a detailed description of what is happening 	with the product.  
Your contact information, phone number and email address.
If it is going to require returning the LED display, you should also include your handheld DM1 control.
To return the LED display you should remove the stand mount. This will make packaging much easier and safer for the unit.
